Cancellation Policy

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Indi Gaming GmbH & Co. KG, Holterweg 72G, 40629 Düsseldorf, Germany, hello@poga.gg,  Phone: +49 151 62441442)) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Unless otherwise agreed, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • For the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which manufacturing involves an individual choice or specification by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Return Labels
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we provide you with free return labels for your returns within Germany. The return label will be included with your shipment. You can drop off the return at a package shop of the respective provider in Germany.
