Shipping policy

Our packages are shipped with UPS. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation with the tracking number via e-mail. In some cases (e.g. when you also order a console) we might need ship your order in several packages due to logistics. 

The following shipping costs (including VAT) apply within Europe:

We are constantly working on making the POGA available all over the world and we now almost ship to all countries. Please contact us if you are can’t find your country on the list above. 

Please note that you will be charged local import fees and taxes depending on your country (all non EU) upon delivery. The shipping charges you pay to INDIGAMING only cover shipping cost, and do NOT include local fees and taxes. If the recipient is refusing the payment of said costs upon delivery, the shipment will be returned to us. We then only refund the  purchase price, not including shipping costs.

Delivery delays might occur. Please note that shipping times may vary for islands. We might be forced to temporarily stop supplying certain countries entirely.
